Having suffered with a grade 2 patella tear approximately 2 years ago during a sporting event - recovery and looking after my body are a massive focus and priority of mine.

Angela at Active Revival is incredible. She has such a calm, caring way about her and you can tell straight away how much knowledge she has. After having a baby my back just wasn't the same and I'd started to feel it in everything I did. After only a couple of sessions with Angela I already feel like a new person, stronger, more mobile and so much more comfortable day to day. It has even given me a boost with my CrossFit training and my overall wellbeing. I honestly can't recommend her enough
